Our family aims to make our guests’ visit to Crete memorable by offering a unique oasis and special local experiences.

ABOUT THE VILLA

Neriana Villa is a 100sq.m stone house, built on a private property of 4000sq.m. In the property there is a plethora of orange and avocado trees as well as other fruits and vegetables. Guests have the opportunity to go fruit picking, walk in the gardens and experience the calm and serenity of the area.

Upon arrival, guests are gifted with a basket filled with fruit and vegetables as well as with raki, honey and olive oil (produced by the family).

The property features a 35sq.m private swimming pool with a separate kids’ area as well as a BBQ grill with a sitting area where you can sit and enjoy your meals and the tranquility of the Cretan countryside.

 

​The villa itself has two floors. The ground floor features a living room area with a build-in fireplace and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with jacuzzi. Stone stairs lead to the first floor where the bedrooms are found. The master bedroom has a double bed and a private balcony with a view. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a cosy living room area with a double sofa-bed and satellite TV. On the same floor there is a second bathroom. French doors lead to a veranda.

​The villa is close to a supermarket and a restaurant. High-speed internet is included.

Neriana is a traditional village, located in the western part of Crete.

The villa is close to the most sought-out beaches of West Crete (Falassarna, Balos, Elafonisi and Paleochora) as well as 2,5km away from Voukolies, one of the most popular villages on the island.
