A villa is a luxurious home or house. These properties typically featured high quality architecture and design, as well as expansive landscape. Today, villas are considered as private and luxury vacation residences that more or less feature elegant furnishings, modern appliances, terraces or balconies with stunning view, private or shared pools.

Space: A private villa offers much more space than a hotel room. A typical villa ranges from 2 to 5 bedrooms, offering at the same time additional space such as spacious living room, dining areas, fully equipped kitchen and also outdoor area with superb view and pool facilities (private or shared).

Exclusivity: For the duration of your stay, the villa is yours to enjoy! You get privacy and the a home away of home, while experiencing the luxurious service 5-star hotels offer.

Rates: Villas are often more affordable for traveling families and couples than luxury hotels. A villa can cost approximately the same as two 4-5 star hotel rooms and it offers not only more rooms, but also more space, elegance, privacy and exclusivity!

When you book the villa, you get the entire property to yourself. The pool gets cleaned twice a week but while doing so, we are extremely careful to not disturb you. Our expert maintenance team will also be on call should you experience any issues that require immediate attention.

The villa is accessible by car. You can either reach it through the main road or take a sea side road from Chania to Tavronitis.

From the moment you book your stay until the day you leave the villa, our team will ensure you have the holiday of a lifetime. We are hospitality experts and always available to help with anything you may need. We can also advice you as to the best things to do around and provide the best recommendations when it comes to restaurants and attractions.

A team member will escort you to the villa, hand you the keys and provide you with all the necessary information regarding the villa. They will also provide you with the contact details of your dedicated concierge team member, who will be available 24/7.

We provide a cot and a high chair for free. We are also able to arrange for anything you may need to get delivered at the villa including rentals.

While the peak and off-peak seasons vary between villas, in general the Chania seasons lie between the following months: Peak Season: July – August. Off-peak Season: April – May & September – October.

A 30% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation. The balance should be paid upon check-in. We offer FREE cancellation up until 30 days before check-in. In case you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before check-in, then a 100% of the deposit is kept.
